All these cartoons are drawn first take, in bed, at a cafe, in my garden, on the couch, sometimes while walking, so they are quite raw, no pencil outlines, just little thumbnail sketches of a moment... I also thought it might be nice to see it all from the perspective of my animal friends....you know who you are...
I first began my art career cartooning at the Sydney Morning Herald for about 3 years, while I was still at University, and for those of you in Australia you might know my cartoons on Minties wrappers I have drawn since 1994, so this is in homage to my first love, the humble cartoon.
